Chhattisgarh has two Government Ayurveda (BAMS) colleges offering undergraduate and postgraduate education in Ayurveda. Both colleges are fully administered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
Admission to BAMS courses in Chhattisgarh is based on NEET UG 2026. 15% seats are allotted through AACCC All India AYUSH Counselling, while 85% seats are filled through Chhattisgarh State AYUSH Counselling as per state reservation policy.
The Shri Narayan Prasad Awasthi Government Ayurvedic College, Raipur also offers Ayurveda PG (MD/MS) courses. PG admissions are conducted through AACCC AYUSH PG Counselling based on NEET PG AYUSH merit.
