Procedure for Online Registration

1. Purchase PIN through the website: http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx by online payment of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs.10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.11,000/-.
2. All the candidates hereby informed that all the activities of admission described here shall be performed within stipulated time limit as declared by Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) and refer the admission schedule declared by ACPUGMEC from time to time on http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx
3. Gujarat Board / CBSE / ISCE / Cambridge University / National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) students who have qualified NEET-UG of current academic year and passed SSC and HSC Examination (Science B/AB Stream) from Gujarat State and Domicile of Gujarat / born in Gujarat state and eligible as per admission rules of Gujarat State have to visit the website http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx from anywhere through internet for Online Registration process.
4. Other than above mentioned students following category students can take part in the admission process:
4.1 Sons and daughters of All India services viz., IAS, IPS, IFS etc. allotted to Gujarat state & serving outside Gujarat by deputation
4.2 Sons and Daughters of Gujarat Govt Employees, who have been posted outside the Gujarat state for administrative reasons
4.3 Sons and Daughters of defense personnel who are domicile of Gujarat state and presently serving outside Gujarat state
4.4 Studied under Jawahar Navodaya scheme up to standard VIII in any of the schools located in the state of Gujarat & thereafter studied in any of the schools located outside the state of Gujarat under the said scheme and passed qualifying examination from a Navodaya Vidyalaya located outside Gujarat state, have qualified in the NEET, conducted in the current academic year and obtained marks in HSC or equivalent examination passed with PCB, Theory & Practical.
4.5 Student who is himself a Non-Resident Indian or a child or ward of a Non-resident Indian and Completed his 12th (Science B/AB Stream) from school situated within or outside India, have qualified in the NEET, conducted in the current academic year and qualified as per the criteria prescribed by the competent authority.
4.6 Students who passed std. 10th and 12th from Gujarat board of Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and have Domicile of Gujarat / born in Gujarat state.
4.7 Students who passed std. 10th and 12th from other than Gujarat board of Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and have Domicile of Gujarat / born in Gujarat state (eligible for MBBS Course in DDNH Quota seats only and all other Courses seats other than MBBS Course)

Instructions for Online Application and Registration

Step-1:

Purchase PIN through the website: http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx by online payment of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs.10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.11,000/-.
Step-2:
After purchase of PIN, the candidate has to register & upload required documents through the website: http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx
After completion of registration, take print-out of the Registration details
Candidate has to take prior appointment for the Document Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at Help Center. Candidate, himself/herself, can select the Date, time slot and Help Center for Document Verification at the time of printing the Registration details.
Step-3:
Visit the appointed help center with original documents. Attach self-attested copies of required documents with Registration details and submit to the Help Centers
The candidate has to get ‘Registration Acknowledgement Slip’ duly signed by nodal officer of respective help center to complete his registration process
The candidate applying for NRI Quota, document verification and submission will be done only at Office of ACPUGMEC, Ground Floor, GMERS Medical College, Civil Hospital Campus, Gandhinagar–382016, Gujarat. They have to submit Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Non-Refundable) in-favor of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar as a processing fee at the Office of ACPUGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar only at the time of document verification and submission.
Step-3:
Merit list will be prepared as per the admission rules and published on the official website of ACPUGMEC

1. Qualifying Examination
Standard 10th (SSC) mark-sheet* and Standard 12th (HSC) mark-sheet* [*Std.10th & 12th must be passed from the school located within Gujarat State except those candidates who have taken admission in Std.10th from school located Outside Gujarat State before 23rd June, 2017 and passed Std.10th Outside Gujarat State.

9. For Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidate
Certificate belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat in that behalf on or after 01.04.2024. Certificate should be valid for year 2026-27
10. For Person with Disability (PwD) candidate
Certificate of Disability issued by the authority empowered by the Government
11. For local candidate of Ahmedabad
The certificate of local candidate from the Dean of Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad (It will be issued only after publication of NEET-UG-2026 results)
12. For local candidate of Surat
