The fee varies based on college category, with separate structures for Government, Government Aided, ESIC Central, Private (UHS Rohtak affiliated) and Private University Medical Colleges.
As per the official notification, the tuition fee shall be payable on annual basis and the Institutes shall not ask the candidates to deposit fee for the entire course in advance. Candidates seeking admission in Private Colleges can deposit 50% of tuition fee at the time of admission, with the remaining fee to be deposited before the last date of admissions.

Service Incentive Bond — Haryana Government Medical Colleges
The Government of Haryana has notified a Service Incentive Bond to incentivize MBBS graduates of Government and Government Aided Medical Colleges to opt for Government service after completing MBBS. The bond amount is Rs. 30 lakh minus total annual fee, with a 10% concession for female candidates.

The bond is in the shape of a collateral free education loan with a tripartite agreement between the candidate, bank, and Government. The total duration is 5 years from completion of MBBS, with 1 year moratorium. The Government repays the entire bond amount with interest if the candidate joins Government service in Public Health Institutions or Government/Government Aided Medical Colleges of Haryana. The candidate is liable to repay only if he/she chooses not to join Government service when offered. The policy does not apply to candidates admitted under NRI quota.
Bond on Leaving MBBS Course Midway in Haryana
If a candidate leaves the MBBS course after three days prior to the last date of admissions prescribed by the Central Regulatory Authority, then:
- He/she will be debarred for next three years from applying for MBBS/BDS in Haryana.
- He/she will have to pay Bond Money of Rs. 10 Lakh for UG Course.
- The candidate must pay the fee of the academic session in which he/she leaves the course along with 50% fee of the next academic session, in addition to the bond, in case of Private Institutions.
- This applies equally to candidates admitted under Management Category.
MBBS Fee Payment Rules in Haryana 2026
Key payment rules for Haryana MBBS fee structure 2026:
- Annual basis only: Tuition fee shall be payable on annual basis. Institutes cannot ask candidates to deposit fee for the entire course in advance.
- First year fee deposit: Tuition fee for the First Year shall be deposited in the account of Counselling and Admission for DMER. The fee is transferred to the respective institute by the Chairman Admission Committee within one month after completion of admission process.
- Fee adjustment: The tuition fee shall be adjusted if the candidate is shifted in subsequent counselling from one institute to another.
- Refund: Fee is refundable in case of withdrawal of admission, if requested in person at least 3 days prior to the last date prescribed for admission. Email requests are not entertained.
- Private College part payment: Candidates seeking admission in Private Colleges may deposit 50% of tuition fee at the time of admission, with remaining to be paid before the last date of admissions.
- NRI fee payment: Tuition fee for NRI candidates must be paid only through NRE/NRI/NRO/Foreign bank account of candidate, parent, or sponsor.
